Hollow-form dies have a long history dating back to ancient civilizations like Mesopotamia, Egypt, Etruria, and Greece where goldsmithing was a highly developed art form. These dies were used to create intricate jewelry masterpieces like earrings, amulets, bracelets, and necklaces. We have spent the last three years working on the reclamation of this ancient technology, and now we are so excited to share our obsession with you!
Our dies have been meticulously crafted so you can forge your own path in the ancient art of bead and hollow-form creation. Our first edition of die offerings are inspired by one of its earliest origins, the jewelry of Queen Puabi of Mesopotamia (ca. 2500 BC) - The Queen Puabi Collection. Egyptian, Lydian, Etruscan, and Greek inspired dies are the horizon! All are handcrafted in NYC, a fusion of the best of the past and present.
